Laika's monologue

I'm Laika.

The first dog in history to orbit Earth.

Everyone called me a symbol of sacrifice.

But that's a misconception.

I left the cramped capsule of Sputnik and boarded the Bull Run rocket.

Hope and BNB gas money filled my fuel tanks, and my goal was simple: To The Moon🌕

We soared at breakneck speed.

10x, 50x, 100x... I watched the zeros on my balance sheet increase one by one outside the spaceship window.

Cheering erupted,

I thought I was finally free.

But space was cold and harsh.

Gravity wasn't on my side.

Suddenly, the orbit shifted, and I panicked.

I was hit by a fiery beam, and the rocket was liquidated.

I was left alone again.

All I could hear was the noise of FUD.

People whispered that I had failed, that history was repeating itself.
